Netzer (Noar Tzioni Reformi), is the Progressive Zionist Youth Movement affiliated with the World Union of Progressive Judaism. Netzer has branches (sniffim) from Argentina to Hungary and Australia to the C.I.S. Our ideology centres around the famous "Five Concentric Circles", which are based on the principles of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). Although Netzer is not aligned with any particular political party in Israel, we are actively involved and interested in all relevant issues facing world Jewry today.

Netzer runs weekly meetings for participants aged 8-18 (year 3-year 12). In addition, Netzer runs Summer and Winter Camps conducted by our highly skilled leadership body. The leaders (Bogrim), aged 18-21 have all undergone intensive training and education during a year long stay in Israel. Netzer ensures compliance with Federal legislation and standards for child care. Netzer leaders have Working with Children checks and all Netzer camps have a medic with a nationally recognized Level 2 First Aid qualification and a Life Guard with a bronze medallion issued by Life Saving Australia. In addition to the leadership body, there is a Shaliach (Israeli Emissary) on camp at all times.
